In 1976, Nicolas H. Charney, Ph.D., Anne V. Adami, and the late Marlene McGinnis Cardin launched the genre of fashion video. Forty-two years later, the Videofashion Library is second to none: 18,000 hours of footage, 3,000 edited programs, and 100 hours of new content produced each year.
For 79 consecutive seasons, Videofashion has shot fashion week in New York, London, Milan, and Paris. Our seasonal coverage also includes the bridal, swimwear, and menswear markets. In 2015, we began shooting exclusively in 4k. We edit all of our original programming in-house, with a goal to produce in-depth, informative, and entertaining content and share our love for the art of fashion with global audiences on all media platforms.
We license fashion content and exclusive footage covering all aspects of fashion – runway shows, backstage access, red carpet, behind-the-scenes, and thousands of interviews with designers, models, industry experts, and celebrities.
Videofashion has helped launch channels worldwide, including E! Entertainment, Style Network, Style International, Fashion Television, World Fashion Channel, and Hola! TV in the United States and Latin America.
